Blenman 3rd Grade Honors Dance

Blenman has been recognized as a 'B' school by the Arizona Department of Education for the 2023-2024 school year!

Meet Miles Warrior, a staple of the Blenman Elementary community! Miles initially came to Blenman more than 20 years ago, when he worked in the African American Student Services Department and was stationed at the midtown school. When faced with a layoff, the school administration at the time decided to make Miles a permanent part of the Blenman staff. As the Student Success Specialist and Community Liaison, Miles gets to work with all the students and families. 

“I love just watching the different communities that we have come through – the influx of minority students and refugee students that are coming through.,” Miles said. “I love to watch them grow.” 

Blenman was recently recognized by Solution Tree for our sustained success in raising student achievement, and was named a Model Professional Learning Community at Work®. Read more.
